Current sales status

X4A MarketWire currently does not treat ordinary access to the public website as a purchase. A product or service is sold only where a specific X4A offer expressly identifies a price, seller, item or service, material conditions and a purchase mechanism.

Advertising, sponsorship references, external links and links to third-party products do not by themselves create a sale by X4A MarketWire or The SiLLC Assembly.

Future direct offers

If X4A later offers paid research, digital content or another paid service directly, the specific offer presented at checkout will supplement these general terms. Seller identity, total price, currency, payment method, delivery terms and applicable cancellation or refund rights will be shown before an order is submitted.

Digital content and licenses

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, a purchase of digital X4A content would provide a limited personal-use license and would not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Refunds, cancellation and mandatory rights

Any refund or cancellation rule remains subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. X4A will not rely on a waiver of a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right unless the legal prerequisites for that waiver have actually been satisfied.

No investment transaction

A purchase of X4A content, if offered, is not the purchase of a security or financial instrument and does not establish an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary or portfolio-management relationship.
